Per-seat pricing has a perverse incentive: it punishes you for adding the very people who need visibility. The result is teams that ration access — leaving out the contractors, the part-timers, the stakeholders — and then wonder why no one has the full picture.

So we made the platform free

The entire TaskWave platform — tasks, projects, departments, recurring work, analytics, reports, roles, notifications — is free for your whole team, with no seat limits and no time limit.

How we sustain it

We earn revenue from optional services, not from limiting your team: white-label setup (your brand, colors, and domain) and custom development for teams with specific needs. If you never need those, TaskWave stays free forever.
