This Privacy Policy explains how Brainbean Techno Labs ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use TaskWave (the "Service") and this website. We designed TaskWave to collect only what we need to run the Service, and we never sell your personal data.

- Account data — name, email, password hash, role, and organization membership.
- Workspace content — the organizations, projects, tasks, comments, attachments, instructions, and reminders you create.
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and improve it.
- Marketing data — details you submit through our forms (name, email, company, phone, message) when you contact us or request a quote.

How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service and authenticate you.
- Send transactional, reminder, and digest emails you’ve enabled.
