Encryption

- 5-tier role-based access control (super admin, org admin, PM, team lead, member).
- Row-level security enforced in the database, so visibility rules hold at the data layer.
- Administrative access is restricted, authenticated, and audited.
Application security
We follow secure development practices, validate input, scope data access per request, and keep dependencies updated.
Infrastructure
The Service runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with network isolation, managed patching, and monitoring.
Backups & recovery
Managed database backups support point-in-time recovery in the event of an incident, and recovery processes are tested.
Monitoring & logging
We log meaningful activity and monitor for anomalies to detect and respond to issues quickly.
Data isolation
Multi-organization data is logically isolated and access-scoped so one organization cannot see another’s data.
