Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

TaskWave provides project and task management tools. The core platform is offered free of charge with no seat limits. Optional white-label setup and custom development are provided under separate written quotes and may carry additional terms.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your users and for using the Service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

• Keep account credentials confidential.
• Ensure your users comply with these Terms.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Paid services

White-label and custom development are quoted per project. Fees, scope, and timelines are set out in the applicable quote. Unless stated otherwise, paid engagements are one-time, project-based, and governed by these Terms together with the quote.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export of your data beforehand.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, notified.
