We support the rights and principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent regimes for applicable users. This page explains how.
Roles
For personal data within your workspace content, you (the customer) are the controller and we act as the processor. For account and website data, we act as the controller.
Data subject rights
We help you uphold the rights of your users, including:
- Access and a copy of personal data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of, and objection to, processing
- Data portability
Lawful processing
We process personal data on documented instructions and on a valid legal basis, and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Sub-processors
We use vetted sub-processors (hosting, database, email) under data-processing terms. A current list is available on request.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Breach notification
We maintain procedures to detect, investigate, and, where required, notify relevant parties of personal-data breaches without undue delay.
