Plan, then track
During planning, list the tasks the team will commit to, assign owners, and set the sprint due date. During the sprint, the Kanban board shows flow and bottlenecks, while analytics track created-vs-completed throughput and on-time rate.
A note on agile
TaskWave is a lightweight fit for teams that want sprint structure without heavyweight ceremony. For deep story-point and burndown workflows, a specialized agile tool may fit better — but for most teams, this template is enough.
