Service Level Agreement

This SLA describes our target availability and support for the TaskWave Service. Tailored, contractual SLAs are available for white-label and enterprise customers.

Availability target

We target high availability for the platform, subject to scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Maintenance

We aim to perform maintenance during low-traffic windows and to give advance notice of significant planned downtime where practical.

Exclusions

Availability targets exclude downtime caused by factors outside our control, customer-side issues, third-party services, and scheduled maintenance.

Support

Support is available via support@taskwave.online. Priority support is included with paid white-label engagements.

Custom SLAs

Enterprise and white-label customers can request a tailored SLA with defined uptime, response times, and remedies — contact support@taskwave.online.
