Refund Policy

The TaskWave platform is free, so there is nothing to refund for ordinary use. This policy applies to optional paid services — white-label setup and custom development.

Free platform

The core platform is free with no seat limits; there are no charges and nothing to refund.

Paid services

White-label setup and custom development are quoted and billed per project. Because these are bespoke engagements, the following applies:

  • Work not yet started — refund eligibility is assessed case by case.
  • Work in progress — fees for work performed up to cancellation are non-refundable.
  • Delivered work — non-refundable once delivered and accepted.

Requesting a refund

Email support@taskwave.online with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly before initiating a chargeback.
