Data Processing Agreement

This summary describes how we process personal data as a processor on behalf of customers (controllers). A signed DPA incorporating these terms is available on request.
Roles & scope
For customer content, the customer is the controller and we are the processor. We process personal data only to provide the Service and on the customer’s documented instructions.
Confidentiality
Personnel authorized to process personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Sub-processors
We use vetted infrastructure sub-processors (hosting, database, email) under appropriate contractual safeguards, and remain responsible for their performance.
Security measures
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures as described in our Security Policy.
Assistance
We assist the controller, taking into account the nature of processing, with data-subject requests, security, breach notification, and data-protection impact assessments.
Return & deletion
On termination, we delete or return personal data as instructed, subject to legal retention requirements.
Audits
We make available information necessary to demonstrate compliance and support reasonable audits, subject to confidentiality.
