Task fields explained

What each column means.

  • Status — Yet To Start, In Progress, On Hold, Client Review Pending, Completed
  • Priority — Low, Medium, High, Critical
  • Assigned date & ETA — used for on-time performance scoring
  • Completed date — set when status becomes Completed
  • Assigned to — one or more team members
  • Assigned by — the PM or stakeholder requesting the work
  • Departments — one or more teams the task belongs to
