PMs & stakeholders
Who owns a project, and how stakeholders are tracked.
Each project has an assigned project manager who owns its delivery. Stakeholders (clients, sponsors) are recorded for context as “assigned-by”.
- Assign or reassign the PM from the project
- Add stakeholders for tracking — no system access is granted to them
- Use exportable reports to keep stakeholders informed
